Deluxe 2 Double
ROOM DESCRIPTION:
The inn has two basic room styles:
1) The Deluxe Rooms (photo, top left) are large with a spacious interior, cable TV, phone, full-size bathroom and vanity area, mini-refrigerator, table and chairs, and individual a/c units. The Deluxe rooms contain either two full-size beds, one king- or one queen-size bed. There is also one Deluxe Family Suite available (on the 2nd floor) that consists of two rooms with two full-size beds in one room and two twin beds in the other. Hair dryers and irons are available as well.
2) The Rustic Rooms (2nd photo, left) have a quaint knotty-pine interior with cable TV, phone, small bathroom with shower only, and central air (individual temperature controls are not available in this room style). The Rustic rooms contain one full-size bed or two twin beds.
The Roosevelt Inn offers uniquely charming motel-type lodging with exterior walkways and exterior room entrances. The Deluxe rooms are located in a two-story building and the Rustic rooms are located in an adjoining one-story building.

LODGING POLICY
Reservations
A credit card is required to reserve a room. However, if you prefer not to use a credit card, you must mail a deposit (one night's stay, plus 12.125% tax, using money order or check) at least two weeks in advance of your arrival.
During the winter season we have limited availability of either room type. Please be advised that we close each winter for the months of January & February although you will still be able to reserve rooms through e-mail during that time.
Pets
The Roosevelt Inn welcomes pets with certain restrictions: 1) OCCUPANCY Level-- The inn's occupancy must be predicted for less than 80% full (the clerk can assist you at the time of reservation, but these periods generally preclude holiday weekends and special event weekends); 2) NUMBER & WEIGHT-- One small pet, 35 pounds or less, is allowed per room; 3) ROOM TYPE-- Pets are only allowed in our Rustic rooms (one full- or two twin-size beds); 4) PET FEE-- $10 per night. All pets' lodging must be pre-arranged to ensure policy compliance. Please Note: Pets are not allowed to sleep in cars on our premises for the safety of the dog (weather conditions) as well as possible noise due to barking. (Since cars are located directly in front of rooms, the noise would disturb too many.)

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the arrival date. (In special cases such as graduation days, special events, or holidays, the cancellation date is one week. If your date falls in this category the clerk will inform you.) There is no charge for guests who cancel within the given deadline. Each customer will be given a cancellation number or cancellation email as proof of cancellation.
In the case of cancellations made after the deadline or for guests who do not show up for their reservation (no-shows), the credit card on file will be charged for one night's room and tax per room cancelled.
